Since every PupRing is hand-made, it takes 7-10 days to create your order & 4-7 days to ship your order with USPS.

you place your order, our artist starts working immediately. They
create a one-of-a-kind drawing of your pet and pass it on to our
engraving team.

team of jewelers takes your pet and brings their image to life on one
of our pendants. The pendant goes through a series of complex processes
to ensure your PupRing is as lifelike as possible.

Once everything is quality-checked, it gets handed off to USPS ets sent straight to your doorstep!

Due to the nature of personalized items, orders
can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once your
cancellation is received and processed, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
